We’ve always used technology to solve problems and make our working lives easier. AI presents us with a much bigger opportunity: to rethink how we work altogether. Doing so requires more than new technology. It requires a new human lens - one that challenges our experience, habits and assumptions, and embraces curiosity, experimentation and continuous relearning.
This session explores what that shift could mean for each of us: how we approach problems, make decisions, apply our experience, learn new skills and rethink the work we do every day. It asks a simple question - if we had the opportunity to start over, would we still work the same way?
